Travia is a luxury hospitality consulting and hotel-booking partner founded by Seema Taj. We help clients plan and arrange destination weddings, luxury weddings, corporate events, MICE programmes, group bookings, family functions and VIP stays across India and abroad. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us.

We only collect the details you choose to share with us when you reach out — most commonly through our enquiry form or on WhatsApp. This typically includes:

- The nature of your requirement (wedding, corporate event, hotel booking, group booking or luxury vacation) and any details you provide, such as dates, guest numbers, budget and preferences.
- The content of the messages and correspondence you exchange with us.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide and improve our hospitality service — specifically to:
- Respond to your enquiry and understand what you are looking for.
- Curate, shortlist and negotiate hotels, venues and arrangements on your behalf.
- Coordinate your booking or event and stay in touch through the process.
- Communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone or email as you prefer.
Who we share it with
We are a relationship-led business and we treat your details with discretion. We share your information only as far as it is needed to fulfil your request — for example, with the hotels, resorts or venues you ask us to arrange, and with trusted partners who help deliver your event.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We retain your details for as long as needed to assist you and to maintain a record of our work together, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

Our website is designed to be light and privacy-respecting. We may use basic, anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers.
